Freezer Packs- Oakfields lamb
Available fresh July- Oct (or frozen after this time). Choose from either a whole or half lamb (see below) or lamb and mint sausages can be purchased separately.
Oakfields lamb is killed and butchered locally (5 miles away). It is allowed to hang then cut to requirements.
A whole lamb freezer pack consists of;
neck of lamb
two shoulder joints
8 x 4 pack of chops
2 leg joints (joints can be halved again on request)
lamb & mint sausages (x12) OR lamb mince
